An unforgettable, life-changing experience!
Emily Grace – Health Coach Graduate
Studying at CNM has changed my life on so many levels – I’m now the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been.
What did you do before studying at CNM?
Prior to studying with CNM, I worked in a desk heavy sales role in London for around 7 years. When the pandemic hit a few years ago, I decided to retrain as a health coach so I could work in an industry that really makes a difference to people’s lives.
What made you want to become a Health Coach?
Healthy living is of great importance to me, so I’ve always invested in my own personal health and wellbeing. However, over the past five years, life has thrown some stressful situations my way which was challenging to navigate and negatively impacted my health. Due to the chronic stress and demands of modern-day living, I had to embark on a journey to prioritise my health and wellbeing and allow myself time for quality self-care. This experience was so empowering that it inspired me to help others do the same and led me to studying to become a health coach with CNM.
What attracted you to the Health Coach course?
I spent a lot of time researching the best health coach course to enrol onto and CNM really stood out to me. The course structure and content were well designed and comprehensive. The business module was incredibly valuable and insightful. Being equipped with the tools to transfer my health coaching knowledge into a successful business was a real highlight of the course.
What did you enjoy most about the CNM Health Coach training?
I loved the module on how the body works – it was fascinating to learn how intelligent the human body is and also how lifestyle factors can have such an impact on the way it functions. The lecturer Bobby Qureshi was incredible; he explained everything so well and made every lecture engaging. I learnt a huge amount.
How has studying the Health Coach diploma changed your life?
Training to become a health coach with CNM has been life changing for me and an experience I’ll never forget. It equipped me with the knowledge I needed to set up my own business, which I love and thoroughly enjoy. It has also helped me on a personal level with my own ongoing healthy living journey – many things I learnt from the course I practice in day-to-day life.
What are you doing now that you are qualified?
I have set up my own health coaching business called Emily Grace Health Coaching which I am developing and growing as time goes on. I’ve been delivering webinars and presentations to businesses as part of corporate wellbeing programmes to support the health and wellbeing of their employees. I am also working with one-to-one clients on personalised health coaching programmes, as well as running workshops for small groups of clients.
What do you love about being a Health Coach?
I love being a health coach because it allows me to support and help others to feel their best so they can enjoy life feeling happier, healthier and energised. It allows me to speak to some amazing people about an area of life that is essential – without our health, nothing else matters!
What style of coach are you?
I’m a holistic health coach so I take all aspects of a person’s health into consideration. My coaching is completely personalised to each individual, so every client’s health journey will look different, depending on the areas of their wellbeing they want to focus on. I provide guidance, devoted time, a listening ear and the knowledge I’ve gathered from my training to support clients in a safe space so they can reach their health goals.
